Last year, I visited Mode Museum in Antwerpen in a trip. I was really enthusiastic about it. The building was magnificent and the exhibition was incredible. Today, I ran into these photos so I could not have other choice but post them. The exhibition was about Walter van Beirendonck who made us believe that fashion is indeed the most intense type of art nowadays. This was the first large-scale retrospective exhibition of the work of Walter. His work is mostly characterized by his colorful designs and spectacular fashion shows. His work also combines the most diverse sources of inspiration, ranging from technology, art and pop ethnography.
